The proposed project would: (1) expand an existing permitted aggregate surface mine (a.k.a. Craven Mine) from 92.7 to 303.89 acres; (2) deepen the mining depth from 10-feet deeper at the Southwest end of the site transitioning to 15-feet deeper at the Northeastern end of the site; (3) modify reclamation phasing from five to 20=acre increments; and (4) adopt a revised reclamation plan with dryland grazing as the end use (the same end use as that set forth in the existing reclamation plan).
