The parcel is included in the right of way needed for the Hwy 70 upgrade project. This advanced right of way purchase is authorized by Senate Bill 1784, and the environmental analysis for acquisition is included in the Draft EIR/Statement for the Yuba-Sutter 70 Upgrade project.
