Project is to harvest accumulated gravel and cobble overburden from three existing flood plain bars and approximately a 300 foot reach of Mitchell Gulch, County of Tehama. Gravel will be used for repair of private road, cobbles will be deposited against the streambank to help prevent erosion. Project will have no significant effects.
