Approximately a 15,000 square foot of an existing office space on the 2nd floor, that has been vacant for two years is proposed to be remodeled to accomodate tenancy by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for the Driver Safety Branch. The project also includes the much needed expansion of the Department of Industrial Relations, Tenant Improvements Program including offices, hearing rooms, lobby, security, and related mechanical, electrical, lighting, and finish work.
