Document Description
The project would involve the construction of a concrete masonry wall structure for a trash dumpster and electric cart storage. The project would be located adjacent to the existing outside chiller unit south of the University's Event Center (Pyramid). The enclosure would measure 23 by 27 feet. In addition, a matching wall measuring 23 feet by 25 feet would be constructed around an existing chiller unit. The perimeter landscaping and irrigation systems would be modified to accommodate the new site configuration. The enclosure is necessary to correct a fire exit hazard at the Pyramid as required by the California State Fire Marshall Office. The project entails minor excavation and is not projected to involve the relocation or disruption of any existing utility lines.
