DTSC is proposing to issue a Series B Standardized Hazardous Waste Facility Permit to allow Technichem, EPAID # CAD9813759 to continue operating a solvent recycling and hazardous waste management facility to remove, recover, and reclaim drycleaning solvents from solvent- containing hazardous wastes that are collected from offsite generators. Technichem is proposing to add several new waste streams, reclaimed - solvent tanks, and two new activated carbon vapor adsorbers to meet the requirements of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
