Document Description
A conditional use permit to allow a church (Section 19.22.030.H) in an R-3 PD (High-density Residential - Precise Development Combining) District. The project site is an undeveloped 1.29-acre-parcel of record consisting of two lots within Tract 3445. The applicant is proposing to develop the site with a church consisting of a 5,000 -square-foot sanctuary with seating for 200 people and a 3,200-square-foot multi-purpose building with seating for 100 people. Service would be held on Sunday mornings, Wednesday mornings, and Thursday evenings. The multi-purpose building would be used for Sunday School, junior church, receptions, potlucks, and other types of social activites. No day care or school facilities are proposed. Sewage disposal and water supply would be provided by the Stallion Springs Community Services District. Access would be provided by two drive approaches from Saint Andrews Drive.
