Development of the remaining 20 acres of the 25-acre site for administrative offices and a field-operation center. The office building is intended to house 800-1000 employees and will be approximately 180,000 square feet in size. The new facility will serve as a customer service and call center. The field-operating center will employ approximately 150 employees. This facility will be comprised of three separate buildings totaling approximately 22,000 square feet.
