THE PROPOSED REVISION TO RULE 205 WILL MAKE THIS RULE CONSISTENT WITH THE ADOPTED DEFINITION OF ROC IN RULE 102 THIS WOULD ALLOW BUSINESSES SEEKING APCD PERMITS UNDER THE NEW SOURCE REVIEW RULE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXEMPTION FROM REGUALTION OF THE LISTED COMPOUNDS UNDER THE NEWLY ADAPTED DEFINITION OF ROC.
