REMAINDER OF LAND TO BE MANAGED AS OPEN SPACE. PARCEL MAP APPLICATION MUST BE APPROVED BY LASSEN COUNTY, AND LAND MUST BE DONATED TO THE CITY OF SUSANVILLE BEFORE THIS PROJECT CAN GO FORWARD.
