Document Description
The project is located at Lopez Dam, approximately eight miles northeast of the City of Arroyo Grande on Arroyo Grande Creek. The San Luis Obispo County Engineering Department will be conducting seismic redediation work on Lopez Dam. Part of the work will involve activities within Arroyo Grande Creek and the adjacent riparian corridor. There are several components of this 15 month project that fall under the purview of Fish and Game Code Section 1601. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2000-1117, pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Noel King, Director of Public Works/San Luis Obispo County Department of Public Works.
